Go Girl! You are already on your way to eating healthier just by deciding you want to. My suggestion is cut out the obvious stuff first. NO FAST FOOD, no junk food, no artificial foods. Opt for fresh fruits and veggies. As most of you probably know by now I love to splurge of great food. You can still do that but stick to one or two bites of the bad stuff, and fill up on greens instead! Your bod, skin and attitude will thank you!
